Covid-19 Protocols

CLIENTS: We’re basing all our Covid-19 precautions off of updated CDC protocols.

Because of the close proximity we ask that clients continue wearing masks, but it is not mandatory.

Hand sanitizer is provided throughout the salon.

Rebel Nail Salon is a cozy space, please refrain from bringing along friends/family members or small children to your appointment.
**This does not apply if you’re getting services together**

Cancellation Policy

Guests will receive a confirmation text along with an email 48hrs prior to their appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so as soon as possible.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of service prices.

Clients cancelling appointments within 24hrs due to contracting or being exposed to Covid-19 will be charged 100% of the total service cost. This policy is put in place to protect the livelihood of the ones working at Rebel Nail Salon.

No-Shows/Lateness

No-Shows will be charged 100% for the service(s) booked.

Clients who show up past the start of their service time run the risk of having their service shortened or cancelled all together.

If the service needs to be shortened due to lateness… clients will still be charged the full amount of the service(s) booked.

Our Salon may be called “Rebel”, but please make sure to show up on time to your appointment. We kindly ask that you come 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment Thank you!

Fungal Infections/Warts/Open or Healing wounds

This includes hand warts, plantar warts, athletes foot and open or healing wounds. The fungal infections listed are HIGHLY contagious. Unsure if you have one of these? Please refrain from making an appointment until you’ve seen a Dermatologist or Podiatrist.

We want to keep everyone safe and infection free here at Rebel.

Hands and feet will be examined before every service to ensure that we’re working in a “fungal free” environment.

If you happen to have one of these infections, we will kindly ask that you leave and rebook your appointment (once the infection has cleared).

Clients will be charged for services not provided if a fungal infection is detected by their Nail Artist.

Kid Services

Children under the age of 12 will not be offered nail services at this time. Children 12 and up will be charged the same price as an adult.

Please refrain from bringing small children with you to your appointment.
Nail Salons can be a dangerous place for little hands!

Cell Phones/Calls

Please make sure to silence your cell phone/put your phone on vibrate before coming into the Salon.

Refrain from answering texts or picking up phone calls during your appointment as to not disturb other guests.

“But what if it’s an emergency?” Your Nail Artist will gladly stop what they’re doing and the call can be taken outside. We cannot promise that the service(s) booked will be completed if a call is taken.

The Client will be charged for those services whether completed or not.

Food, Drink & Alcohol

Guests may bring beverages inside the salon, but eating inside is not permitted.

Alcohol will not be offered to guests or permitted inside the salon.

Rebel would LOVE to host your next party or event! Please make sure to email us the details at rebelnailsalon@gmail.com. Make sure to include in your email the date + time of your event, total amount of guests and services you’d like done.
