All products used by Rebel Staff have been hand-picked (by Chelsie) and are certifiably Non-Toxic, Vegan and Cruelty Free!
The health and well-being of our customers and the environment is Rebel’s main priority!
Meet Chelsie

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Chelsie is following in her father’s footsteps by building a business of her own in the city of love.
From an early age, she looked up to her father and would work filling sodas and handing out orders at his Cheese Steak restaurant (Rick’s Original Philly Steaks) in Reading Terminal Market.
Little did she know these memories would be the first stepping stones to owning her very own business 20 years later.
Chelsie and her husband Jeremiah moved back to Pennsylvania in the summer of 2017 from Denver, Colorado to help take care of the man who inspired it all.
She’s been painting nails for over a decade and is so excited to bring a healthier Nail Salon option to the fishtown community.

Veronica is an OG Rebel artist, starting at the salon only THREE MONTHS after opening day!
Vee has been painting nails for over 8yrs and loves nail art.
Also, it’s pronounced “uh-ch”

Katie Cruz
NAIL ARTIST (she/her)
Katie has been painting nails for over two years and is a Fishtown local.
She considers herself a “pedicure enthusiast” and has the credentials to prove it!
Before starting a career in Nails, Katie was working in the medical field right here in Philadelphia, with a focus in Podiatry.
